Vacuum Pumps

A vacuum pump is a device that removes gas molecules from a sealed volume in order to leave behind a partial vacuum.

There are many classifications of vacuum pumps. On the Plasmaport web-portal vacuum pumps are divided into gas transfer vacuum pumps and gas-binding vacuum pumps. While gas transfer vacuum pumps can be used without limitation, gas-binding vacuum pumps have a limited gas absorption capacity and must be regenerated at certain process-dependent intervals.

In this section of the portal you can find information on almost all existing types of vacuum pumps from various manufacturers: technical characteristics, operating instructions, data sheets, etc. Anyone can leave ad of the purchase/sale of the vacuum pump on its details page.

If you represent any manufacturer of vacuum equipment and wish it production has been presented on the pages of the Plasmaport web-portal, email us at or fill in special form.
