Rotary vane vacuum pump 2NVR-5DM-1 is designed for evacuating from sealed vessel air and nontoxic explosive and fire hazardous gases, which are non-aggressive to the pumped fluid and construction materials, vapors and gas-vapor mixtures which are precleared from condensed moisture and mechanical pollutions with oxygen content not more than in air (21 % by volume) at normal conditions. Pumping down goes from atmospheric to ultimate pressure under the condition that outlet pressure does not exceed atmospheric more than on 9,3 kPa (70 Torr)
Oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are used in all areas of vacuum technology in industry and research. They create medium vacuum or used as fore vacuum pumps in combination with roots blowers, diffusion, booster pumps and also with turbo molecular and cryo pumps.
Rotary vane vacuum pump 2NVR-5DM-1 corresponds to the requirements of the specifications
The vacuum unit AVD-50/5 is produced on the base of rotary vane pump 2NVR-5DM in combination with roots blower NVD-200.
Rotary vane pump 2NVR-5DM1 by the technical characteristics is an analogue of the 2NVR-5DM and at the same time has a variety of advantages.
Advantages to the user
– improved design
– inlet/outlet nozzles are switch to quick-disconnect couplings KF25
– supplied optionally oil separator 2MO-5 is installed directly to the outlet nozzle
– assembly/disassembly processes is essentially simplified because pump housing is mounted by four bolts carried up to the pump end
– high reliability
– simple to operate
