The thesis is devoted to development of science-based guidelines improve the effi-ciency of ion cleaning equipment GTE given temperature constraints.
Contains the results of theoretical and experimental studies. Research-based meth-ods of mathematical modeling, analytical and numerical methods for solving problems of mathematical physics. When performing numerical calculations used certified calculated CAD/CAE- packages based on finite element method, while experimental research – methods of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy – dispersive microanalysis, non-contact measurement, the speckle interferometric complex with defined impurity in-clusions before and after treatment used fluorescent optical spectral range.
The results presented in the thesis material, implemented at JSC “Motor Sich” on the recommendations of the destination mode ion cleaning blades of aircraft engines based on thermal constraints.
