There are realized experimental investigations of the structure, phase composition, magnetic properties and change of sheet resistance at continuous heating of films Fe+(12,4-48,6) ат. %Ag. Films were obtained by streamlined method of triod ion-plasmous sputtering. It’s detected, that unmixed even in liquid state iron and silver will form the homogeneous alloys with metastable structure after quenching from vaporous state. It’s shown, that temperature stability of metastable structures decreases with increase of silver content. There is detected a strong change of magnetic and electric properties in Fe+22,6%Ag films after heating.
