It have been determined the analytical dependence for electron transportation velocity in the stationary discharge in the crossed electric and magnetic fields of the stationary plasma thruster (SPT). For a basis it was taken the assumption of a determining role of azimuthal plasma heterogeneity to the transportation of electrons from the cathode to the anode, made earlier and confirmed in experiment. To check of the analytical dependence the inverse values of the Hall parameter in the discharge chamber (DC) and outside DC are calculated. Comparison of settlement size of the inverse Hall parameter with the similar value received experimentally by other researchers, shows their good conformity. So, the offered analytical dependence allows to calculate so-called abnormal conductivity of plasma, for the first time having connected of electron movement velocity across a magnetic field with azimuthal heterogeneity of plasma.
